Support, which Smart4Aviation offers its customers, is individualized and includes a wide range of services at every stage of implementation and after its completion. 
In case of any problems, Smart4Aviation does not leave its clients without assistance. For this purpose we provide special tools to facilitate contact and solve problems.


For those customers who prefers COM model with the system installed in Customer’s IT infrastructure, Smart4Aviation also offers full flexibility in selecting the level of responsibility for us. Smart4Aviation may be responsible not only for maintenance of their applications but for all (or selected subset of) related middleware elements: messaging applications, databases, and application servers.

Moreover, Smart4Aviation may provide and install their own monitoring tools to keep the track of the environment and to inform parties responsible for other parts of the environment in case of any problems.
